Public Allies Arizona Partner Organization Application


Public Allies Arizona is accelerating impact in Phoenix and Tucson by advancing new leadership to strengthen communities, nonprofit and civic participation. Join the movement and become a Partner Organization today!

We will place a talented, diverse, emerging leader in full-time service at your nonprofit. Together we share in training and shaping them while, in return, they serve on-site at your organization.

Part 1: Review the Info Booklet

Make sure you've carefully read the Public Allies Partner Organization Info Booklet. Partners must be a nonprofit organization, foundation, public school or public agency committed to working to improve the greater Phoenix or Tucson communities.

Please email thaiduk@asu.edu the following documents:

  1. Signature Form (download here)
  2. ASU W-9 Form (download here)
  3. Copy of your most recent Audited Financial Statement
  4. Documentation that supports that you are 501(c)3; government agency; or 501(c)4 or 501(c)6 that does not engage in lobbying activities as defined under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995
  5. Copy of organizational policies related to:
  • Reasonable accommodations (Americans with Disabilities Act)
  • Drug-free workplace
  • Non-discrimination
  • General liability
  • Grievance Policy and Procedures

Part 3: After you apply

You will create a position description and email it to thaiduk@asu.edu

Public Allies will review all applications and conduct site visits to newly selected Partner Organizations to determine adherence to Public Allies and AmeriCorps regulations and to clarify mutual expectations prior to any approvals and placement of Allies. The site visit will also include an interview with prospective Ally Supervisors.
