Public Allies Arizona is a 10-month, paid leadership and workforce development program that places emerging young leaders at local nonprofits for full-time apprenticeships, aimed at advancing social justice and equity.

Now in Phoenix AND Tucson!

Program benefits

• $20,000 stipend

• $6,345 Education Award for college, other training or eligible student loans 
• Healthcare benefits, childcare stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

• 18 years old (by September 1st)
• High School Diploma or GED
• U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident 
• Ability to pass background check (applicants with legal histories will be considered)
