Leading the most important initiative at Arizona Forward
February 2, 2022
Keith Radcliff worked at Intel for over 20 years and provided extensive information technology, supply chain, marketing, engineering, communications, strategic planning, and project management. During his employment at Intel, Radcliff served as the Intel United Way Campaign Chairman for three years and a Board Member for the Valley of the Sun United Way.
As an Experience Matters Fellow, Radcliff expressed an interest in working remotely with an organization focused on the environment. This and his range of knowledge and expertise in strategic planning made him a perfect candidate for the Strategy Consultant Fellow project with Arizona Forward, which he accepted enthusiastically. Arizona Forward advocates for a balance between economic development and environmental quality and Radcliff served at the organization in 2020 and 2021.
Radcliff assisted the CEO and Statewide Sustainability Roadmap Committee with creating a framework for the 2020 strategic plan goal to create a messaging document for the project that can be shared with funders and board stakeholder groups for each of the four initial areas: forest health, air quality, restoration of waterways, and waste as a resource.
Lori Singleton, CEO of Arizona Forward stated: “Keith filled a valuable role in leading one of the most important initiatives for the organization which contributed to the overall mission and also assisted in securing continued funding for the organization from an important partner. His strong organizational and communication skills were critical to the successful outcome of the projects. We wish that we could have had him full time!”
