Position description
This internship supports the Bureau of Jewish Education's post partum mother's group. The role is an organization and facilitation position and includes bringing in speakers and experts within the field from our list of resources and beyond. Additionally, the facilitation aspect would involve running the 90 minute workshops throughout the 6 week series and leading the support group in discussion and activities. This internship would be fully supervised by a licensed clinician and could be eligible for credit hours.
We are looking for someone who has interest and experience in the early childhood development or psychology fields. They must be either in their last year of undergraduate or in the masters level program. This internship will begin in late April and run through August (Preparation will be during April and May and workshops will begin in July and run through August). This will be approximately 20 supervised hours with a $500 stipend.
