KJZZ and the Division of Public Service are hiring for a Development Officer - Events. The person in this position is responsible for organizing, planning, and fully executing all aspects of fundraising events and donor cultivation events through best practices and the use of CRM and event software. They will coordinate, implement, and analyze data from the division-wide database to perform accurate analysis of fully executed campaigns and special events measuring effectiveness.

Rio Salado’s Division of Public Service, based in Tempe, Arizona, manages three award-winning public radio stations, KJZZ 91.5 FM, KBACH 89.5 FM and Sun Sounds of Arizona, as well as SPOT 127 Youth Media Center.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in marketing, communications or related field and two (2) years of experience assisting with and/or coordinating various fundraising campaigns and activities.

OR

Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in marketing, communications or related field and four (4) years of experience assisting with and/or coordinating various fundraising campaigns and activities.

OR

High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience assisting with and/or coordinating various fundraising campaigns and activities.
