ASU Lodestar Center launches 2019 Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Survey

June 17, 2019 (Phoenix, Ariz.) – The ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation invites nonprofit organizations in Maricopa and Pima counties to participate in the 2019 Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report, which provides essential data for decision-makers in the nonprofit community.

This report provides valuable compensation data across 50+ nonprofit job positions, as well as findings on employee retirement, insurance, paid time off, and other benefits. Compiled every three years, the report is critical in helping nonprofits make informed decisions on salaries and benefits for dozens of position titles, organized by budget size and organization type (human services, education, arts, etc.).

Data collection will continue until August 16, 2019.

The Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report is an ongoing research project of the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. This will be the seventh published report; it was last published in 2016.

Qualifying nonprofits that complete the survey will receive the final report for only $79, an 80% discount from the $399 nonprofit rate. The individual/business rate is $599. The report will be published in Fall 2019.

The report focuses only on Arizona nonprofit organizations that are based in Maricopa County or Pima County, hold IRS-defined 501(c)3 status, employ at least one full-time paid staff member and are NOT hospitals, private grantmaking foundations, or higher education institutions.
