We invite nonprofit organizations in Maricopa and Pima counties to participate in the 2019 Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report, which provides essential data for decision-makers in the nonprofit community.
This report provides valuable compensation data across 50+ nonprofit job positions, as well as findings on employee retirement, insurance, paid time off, and other benefits. This study, compiled every three years, is critical in helping nonprofits make informed decisions on salaries and benefits for dozens of position titles, organized by budget size and organization type (human services, education, arts, etc.).
The 2019 Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report focuses only on Arizona nonprofit organizations that are based in Maricopa County or Pima County, hold IRS-defined 501(c)3 status, employ at least one full-time paid staff member and are NOT hospitals, private grantmaking foundations, or higher education institutions.

The Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report is an ongoing research project of the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. This will be the seventh published report; it was last published in 2016.
