ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for the planning and writing of donor specific materials for Agency in conjunction with department leadership, including;
- Print materials, Program Newsletters and Email Newsletters related to agency and giving society program, tax credit program and specific campaigns.
- Updating, writing and preparing letters and recognition items.
- Copywriting for fundraising related materials in collaboration with department leadership
- Assist with agency tours
- Assist with script writing for gratitude calls to donors
- Assist with event script writing
- Assist with Fundraising related video scripts and production
- Assist in maintenance of Major Gifts Program
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
- Attend and participates in team meetings and other designated agency related meetings as appropriate
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with staff and volunteers.
- Serve as a representative for Child Crisis Arizona in the community and networking events.
- Staff donor events as needed. Events may include evening and weekend hours
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to support event related collateral materials.
- Responsible for supporting team in giving society recognition and stewardship of donors.
- Assist with tour management and annual Fundraising Luncheon
- Assist with giving society event and stewardship support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or a minimum of two years working experience in related field.
- Must show proficiency experience in the following computer programs: word processing in a Windows environment, Adobe Products, Dreamweaver, WordPress, Excel, databases and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to display verbal and written communication skills that meet the requirements of the position and needs of vendors and community liaisons.
- Familiarity with project management software preferred
