Position description
- Assist the President of the Foundation to manage active pipeline of grant prospects and existing grants.
- Initiate and manage verbal and written communication. Create and edit internal and external communications with existing and prospective organizations.
- Track financial budgets and financial reports of existing projects.
- Adhere to maintaining existing documentation systems, including filing, computer updates and website edits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong initiative and planning abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and clarity.
- Effective communicator, ability to manage and meet deadlines, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, highly confidential, self-motivated.
