Job Title: HR Systems Administrator I
FLSA Status: Exempt (Full-time, benefits-eligible)
Location: Remote
Reports to: Director of People Operations
Compensation: $70,000-$78,000 Annually

The HR Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, integration, and troubleshooting for any/all HR systems, including ATS, LMS, HRIS, and data storage solutions. The HR Systems Administrator is a member of the People Systems Team, and reports to the Director of People Operations.

The People Systems Team owns the configuration, maintenance, integration, troubleshooting, and reporting for People Teams systems, including the ATS, HRIS, LMS, and file management systems. Centralized systems ownership positions our best systems-minded experts to evaluate, maintain, and perfect our systems and workflows. There are no single-system experts on this team: we are made up of systems rockstars—people who live and breathe People systems and for whom learning a new system is old hat. We are champions for efficiency and sustainability for all users, advocates for user experience, and we get excited about opportunities to create better workflows and provide excellent customer service. All People Systems team members are curious and tenacious problem solvers who can balance and prioritize immediate needs with long-term requirements. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot People Team systems, including (but not limited to) ATS, LMS, HRIS, and support file storage solutions. 
  • Support integrations projects involving People Team systems
  • Assess, recommend improvements for, and implement or develop approved solutions that meet Great Hearts business needs  
  • Stay abreast of systems release notes and changes to vendor systems that impact our business practices and work flows 
  • Develop and deliver reports that inform decision making and identify opportunities for change across the organization. 
  • Maintain accurate, timely user and administrator documentation for all systems 
  • Work efficiently to investigate and solve time-sensitive systems-related issues 
  • Collaborate across the People Team to support People Team Systems & Operations as needed 
  • Support systems communications needs, including answering employee and team inquiries with excellent customer service

Qualifications 

  • 1+ years progressive experience in systems administration, including configuration and troubleshooting 
  • 1+ years experience with leading or implementing systems integration work 
  • Demonstrated excellence in creating and maintaining documentation 
  • Administrative or reporting experience in 2+ systems 
  • Advanced-Expert skills in Excel  
  • Demonstrated history of integrity and ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive data. 
  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to develop and maintain critical professional relationships at all levels of the organization 

Additional Requirements

Type of fingerprint clearance: Must possess or obtain valid Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP fingerprint clearance card.

Physical functions: Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. May be required to move or position equipment up to 15 pounds approximately.
