Instructions

Registration for the American Express Leadership Academy using your Segal AmeriCorps Education Award is a three-step process:

  1. Complete the application process and receive notification that you have been accepted into the American Express Leadership Academy.
  2. 2. Complete the form below to indicate your interest in applying your AmeriCorps Education Award toward the American Express Leadership Academy at the ASU Lodestar Center.
  3. After completing this form, go to My AmeriCorps to process a payment request for the use of your Segal Award funds. Payment requests should be designated to Arizona State University.
