One of the hallmarks of the Nonprofit Management Institute's Executive Leadership certificate program is the connections that develop between participants as they learn and grow together as leaders. Though the program has transitioned to a virtual format this year, the relationships are no less real.

Participants in the ELC program represent nonprofit organizations across the state, from the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona to the Arizona Animal Welfare League. The full certificate is comprised of six topic courses, along with a final capstone course and project that the executives can immediately put into practice. It's all conducted online and via video conferencing over the course of eight months, facilitated by nonprofit subject matter experts. There is only one Executive Leadership Certificate cohort annually.

Connect with other nonprofit professionals and sharpen your skills this summer with upcoming programs from NMI. All of our certificate programs are now available virtually, and NMI has years of experience running these programs online.
