About BraveLove:
BraveLove is a pro-adoption movement dedicated to changing the perception of adoption by acknowledging birth mothers for their brave decision. We provide resources to medical professionals, schools, churches, and other organizations to educate and spread awareness about adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Database Management:
    • Create and maintain spreadsheets with email and contact information for schools, medical professionals (hospitals, doctor's offices), and churches.
    • Ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date for outreach initiatives.
  2. Outreach Coordination:
    • Reach out to schools, churches, and medical professionals to share our resources.
    • Coordinate with organizations to show our movie Emmah and provide educational materials.
    • Follow up with individuals or groups who have ordered merchandise or print materials to explore further partnership opportunities.
    • Help schedule and organize podcast interviews for the team to promote BraveLove.
  3. Communication:
    • Engage with Young Life (YL) groups, churches, and other organizations to discuss partnership possibilities.
    • Comfortable with phone and email correspondence to build and maintain relationships.
  4. Other Duties as assigned:
    • Coordinate mailings and shipping for the marketing department including fulfillment for marketing campaigns, online orders, and resources for remote staff

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be a junior or senior with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets.
  • Ability to connect with diverse groups and maintain professional relationships.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Strong oral and written communicator; able to listen, distill action items, respond in a timely fashion, and clearly articulate concise responses to all stakeholders
Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):
  • Graphic Design: Experience with Canva for creating promotional materials.
  • Social Media: Content creation for reels, posts, and other social media platforms.
  • Photography: Basic photography skills for events and content creation.
  • SEO & Google Ads: Knowledge of search engine optimization and Google Ads management.
  • Web Design: Experience with WordPress for website updates and maintenance.
