VSUW is looking for  a Corporate Relations Specialist.  A Corporate Relations Specialist is responsible for the processing and reconciliation of corporate and individual fundraising and non-traditional revenue. The Specialist will process revenue, analyze donor data and conduct research with efforts to enhance efficiencies. This role requires collaboration within the Corporate Relations and Brand team as well as Donor Services and Finance teams.   

Essential Functions:

  • Analyze and submit corporate, individual and non-traditional revenue pledges
  • Actively monitor and resolve credit balances 
  • Identify pledge and/or payment adjustments and submit for processing
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate campaign activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, donors, and processors
  • Identify and resolve issues or concerns with individual and corporate donor accounts
  • Effectively present information to teams and corporate partners as requested
  • Assist with invoice requests and processing of invoices
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational revenue goals
  • Provide excellent project management and organizational functions to meet deadlines
  • Assist in special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least two (2) years of experience in account reconciling, account management, analytical research, corporate relations, fundraising or related field
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and customer relationship management systems
