About New Pathways for Youth

At New Pathways for Youth, we’re passionate about transforming the lives of youth by providing the support, stability, and skills they need to flourish in the community and within their families. Over the past 35 years, we’ve impacted the lives of over 6,500 youth—individuals who face poverty and adversity four times greater than others their age—helping them break through barriers and change the trajectory of their lives.

We are equally passionate about the potential of our staff. We are seeking a dedicated individual who is mission-focused, committed to self-care, open to personal and professional skill development, leads an integrated and balanced life that contributes to our collective impact, approaches others by recognizing their whole person and the contributions each individual brings, and upholds a culture of accountability that fosters trust. This trust is essential as we work together to transform the lives of even more youth in our community. We operate within an open work environment that encourages collaboration and supports engagement among our staff.

As a Training Coordinator, your role is pivotal in driving effectiveness through mentor training, curriculum development, and Level Up Academy facilitation. Operating within a hybrid in-office and work-from-home environment in Phoenix, AZ, you'll leverage strategic mentor training and innovative curriculum design to empower mentors, engage youth, and foster meaningful learning experiences. Additionally, you will travel to schools to facilitate sessions, ensuring the effective delivery of our programs directly to the youth we serve.
