The primary focus of this position is to identify, cultivate and acquire appropriate annual fund donors and prospects. This position serves as a key member of the Moves Management team and is accountable for an assigned share of the Foundation's annual fund raising goals. This position develops and manages a matrix of solicitation and communication strategies all focused at shaping a sustainable tradition of annual support. Responsible for expanding the donor base, increasing awareness of HonorHealth, and increasing revenue for numerous fund raising programs, which could include Honor/Tribute program, direct mail, giving clubs, special appeals, employee, physician and grateful patient campaigns. Coordinates annual giving efforts with appropriate Foundation staff. Provides appropriate and timely recognition and stewardship of annual giving donors, in coordination with HonorHealth and Foundation staff.

  • Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards a portfolio of annual donors and prospects through in-person visits and other forms of direct personal contact. Uses a variety of strategies such as cultivation events, personal solicitations, special projects, telemarketing, email, mail, and social media programs to secure Annual Fund support.
  • Coordinates all aspects of the annual appeal’s mailing campaign, including, data, mailing, and written materials. Responsible for working with all vendors and developing timelines and ensuring strategic goals are met. Develops and implements comprehensive plan for annual giving appeals and all other activities to support the direct mail, giving clubs, special appeals, employee and physician giving.
  • Works with the Associate Vice President of Research and others as requested to input and extract data in order to track and continually develop increased levels of giving. Evaluates and cultivates annual donors to move along a pipeline into the Major Gift process. Works collaboratively with other staff members to develop and achieve the strategic goals and measures.
  • Participate in strategy and solicitation as needed in collaboration with team and associates.
  • Uses the development database to perform a comprehensive analysis of the Annual Fund results and makes recommendations for program changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years annual fund development experience at a non-profit organization

  • Compensation min to mid: $80,308 to $106,392
