Jessica Taylor

Jessica Taylor serves as the vice president of employee communications at Meritage Homes. She leads the organization's internal communications and employee engagement efforts with a focus on creating an inclusive and effective workplace. Jessica previously held leadership roles at WillScot Mobile Mini, PetSmart, Inc., and the Office of the Governor.

Jessica earned a BA in journalism from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She volunteers with many local nonprofit organizations and has served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Arizona Education Foundation.

Her writing has been published in the Huffington Post, Forbes, Mashable and Yahoo, among other sites. Jessica graduated from Valley Leadership in 2017, and in 2018 she was recognized by the Arizona Republic's Who's Next series as one of 23 young communications professionals helping Arizona find its voice. She lives in Phoenix with her two young daughters.
