Rev. Tully M. Fletcher IV
Rev. Tully M. Fletcher IV, grew up in Durham, North Carolina, and attended UNC‑Greensboro and Columbia Theological Seminary. He has served Presbyterian Churches in Phoenix, AZ and Atlanta, GA over the past 15 years. He is currently an Associate Pastor at Decatur Presbyterian Church, in Decatur, GA.
Tully has been an active leader in the PC(USA) denomination, serving on National level General Assembly Committees, and statewide Presbytery Councils. He is currently the Treasurer of PYWA (Presbyterian Youth Workers’ Association). Additionally, he has served on committees and commissions of the city council of Phoenix, AZ, and was the secretary of the Board of directors for the Arizona Faith Network.
Tully has the unique ability of making boring things fun like financial statements, Robert’s rules of order, and organizational bylaws. His spiritual gift is spread‑sheeting. He is passionate about leadership development and empowering church and nonprofit leaders to better fulfill their mission. He loves walking alongside young people as they grow in their faith, leading them on mission trips, Bible Study, and in theological discussion. He is married to Natalia Winberry, a Graduate of the ASU Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions. They have one daughter, Eleanor.
