How to post on the Job Board

The ASU Lodestar Center Job Board is the go-to destination for nonprofit sector and social sector professionals looking for new opportunities. Reach them by posting your openings. Our posting categories include: Jobs, internships and student projects, board member roles, AmeriCorps National Service positions, and volunteers.

Step 1: Purchase access

Only job postings require a fee. All other posting types (AmeriCorps positions, board roles, and internships and student projects, volunteers) are free to post with a registered account (see Step 2).

To post your job openings, first choose one of our three options for paid access below and complete checkout. Access does NOT automatically renew after expiration.

If you are a new customer, you will create an account during checkout.

If you are a past or current customer, review your access status on your user page.

Step 3: Renewals

When does my access expire?

Job posting access expires at the end of your paid period. Check the status in the order tab of your user account page. Your access does not automatically renew.

How long do positions remain on the board?

All positions will remain on the job board for 30 days, at which point they automatically expire and are unpublished from the board. If your position has not yet been filled, you can go to your user page and republish the position (so long as you still have paid access to post jobs). If you purchased a subscription longer than 30 days, your job postings will still expire after 30 days.

Help! I can't post a job!

Do you have an account? If not, you must first create one.

If you already have an account, are you logged in? Make sure you are still signed in.

If you're logged in, do you have an active job posting subscription? Jobs cannot be posted without one, and you must complete the checkout process before you can post a job. (But internships, board positions and national service positions are free to post.) On your user account page, do you have an active subscription listed? If not, you can purchase access for 1, 3 or 12 months, with unlimited job posting while your subscription is active. Add your choice of subscription to your cart, complete the checkout process, and start posting jobs immediately.
