Jennifer Anderson
Jennifer A. Anderson currently manages a team of commercial lenders for MidFirst Bank in Arizona where she is responsible for new business development, credit quality, and growth in the portfolio. She has been with MidFirst Bank for two years. Prior to joining MidFirst Bank, Ms. Anderson was Executive Vice President and Market Executive for commercial banking in Arizona at Wells Fargo. She oversaw 160 employees and a portfolio of $5.5billion in loans and $7billion in deposits. She managed overall portfolio growth, treasury management, deposit pricing, credit structure, credit risk and compliance. Including having $5million in lending authority. Ms. Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness degree and a Master of Science in Agribusiness degree from Arizona State University. Ms. Anderson was named one of Arizona’s Bankers of the Year in 2022 and a Top Business Leader in 2020 by AZ Big Media. She was also named one of Arizona’s Most Influential Women in 2015 by the Phoenix Business Journal. Ms. Anderson serves on the Greater Phoenix Economic Council Next committee, serves as a board member for Save the Family, and is Vice President of Desert Mountain High School Baseball Boosters. She resides in Scottsdale with her husband and their two teenage boys.
