Jaclyn Pederson serves as Chief Executive Officer of Feeding Matters, the national and international nonprofit leading the movement to transform the system of care for children with feeding disorders and differences, including Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD) and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).

Since becoming CEO in 2020, Jaclyn has guided Feeding Matters through a period of unprecedented growth—expanding partnerships, elevating the voice of families, and championing the recognition of feeding development as a critical part of early childhood. In recent years, the organization has advanced initiatives including the Person and Family-Centered Feeding Research Consortium, the It’s Not Picky Eating national awareness campaign, and Navigating the Overlap, a consensus effort to breakdown silos in feeding disorder intervention.

Named to the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class of 2017, Jaclyn is a systems thinker and collaborator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation and impact. She has built alliances with leading organizations such as ASHA, AOTA, AAP and the World Health Organization, while fostering partnerships across healthcare, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector.
