Stephanie Baldwin M.Ed, PHR is a certified professional with over 16 years of experience in human resources management. Stephanie has a passion for all things HR, technology and supporting the non-profit world. Prior to becoming an HR and compensation consultant for non-profits and small businesses, she served as the Director of HR at the non-profit Phoenix Zoo.
Stephanie has been a featured speaker at the Association and Zoos and Aquariums National conference presenting on topics ranging from Domestic Partnership Benefits to Social Media Policy Best Practices. In 2013, her poster “Onboarding - Beyond Orientation: The Key to New Staff Success” won the AZA Conference Best Poster: Illustrative/Narrative/Descriptive award, a first for an HR related topic at the AZA.
Ms. Baldwin has a Graduate Certificate in Educational Technology from George Mason University, a Master's of Education in Counseling-HR Emphasis from Northern Arizona University, and a Bachelor's of Science from Arizona State University. Stephanie believes that HR can have an impact in all areas of an organization and it is her mission to share the message that the more you recognize and utilize an individual’s talents, the more successful your organization will be!
