NMI 227 - Strategic Planning Boot Camp (Phoenix) Fall 2018

This boot camp (NMI 227) will provide participants with an intensive, hands-on experience using the most current practices for effective strategic planning in any nonprofit organization. The course will focus on the strategic business aspects of a nonprofit organization.

NMI 104 - Engaging and Developing Volunteers (Phoenix) March 2018

In this course, participants will learn how to recruit, manage, motivate, recognize, and reward staff and volunteers in order to effectively utilize their strengths. In addition, volunteer programs require the same type of managerial effort that any other program effort would require and there are many factors to consider in ensuring that the experience is positive for both the volunteer and the organization.

NMI 102 - Maximizing Human Potential in Nonprofits (Phoenix) April 2018

This course will provide participants with a foundation for human resource management, including complying with federal and state employment laws and compensation systems. In addition, you will learn practical and lawful strategies to develop human resource policies and job descriptions, retention strategies, and appropriate staffing structures.
