By using a self-analysis tool, you will identify your leadership strengths and core values. Finally, you will also develop a leadership action plan for achieving personal and organizational impact.

Course Description:

In this course, participants will learn how to recruit, manage, motivate, recognize, and reward staff and volunteers in order to effectively utilize their strengths. In addition, volunteer programs require the same type of managerial effort that any other program effort would require and there are many factors to consider in ensuring that the experience is positive for both the volunteer and the organization.
