How to apply

Please complete the form below. A committee of the Nonprofit Management Institute, the professional development education unit of the ASU Lodestar Center, will review applications for need-based qualifications. Scholarships are applied directly toward the cost of the certificate program; no cash disbursements will be made. Participants are responsible for the remainder of the program fee.
