Nonprofit Management Certificate format and cost

All courses required for this certificate are offered both in-person and online.  Participants may complete their certificate through either delivery method, or a combination of the two.

Certificate-seeking participants are able to register and pay for each class as their schedule allows.  Participants will receive an electronic certificate for each individual course they complete.  In addition, participants will receive a printed certificate for the full Nonprofit Management Certificate upon completion.  The Nonprofit Management Certificate allows all participants to receive their last class free!  Contact NMI staff at to find out how!  Participants must be able to prove they have completed all required classes within a three-year period.

Convenient schedule

NMI Certificate Program courses are both intensive and flexible learning experiences. Each face-to-face NMI course features two full days of concentrated, hands-on learning. Online NMI courses take place asynchronously over two consecutive weeks and require five hours of study/participation per week.

Convenient locations

For easy access, in-person courses take place at a number of locations throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and the greater Southwest region.

Standalone courses

The Nonprofit Management Institute provides certificates of completion for each NMI course. Again, simply register and pay for each class as your schedule allows.
