In this course, participants evaluate the topic of change to advance their capacity to overcome obstacles and effectively champion and implement moments of change within their organization.
Participants study and discuss underlying motivations for change and the role it has in organizational structure and function. Participants will examine established models and methodologies designed to implement change management strategies within their organization.
This is an asynchronous course with specified due dates for each discussion question and class assignment. Students have access to their course contents online 24 hours a day, making it an excellent enrichment option for busy working professionals. Instructional staff are available to aide you with subject questions and help guide you through each weekly course module.” In addition, zoom sessions have been added to each week to provide additional course reinforcement, student-instructor Q & A, and networking for students.
