There are many factors to consider in ensuring that the experience is positive for both the volunteer and the organization. In this course, you are taught the basics of recruiting, managing, motivating, recognizing, and rewarding staff and volunteers to effectively utilize and retain their strengths and skills.

Students have access to their course contents online 24 hours a day, making it an excellent enrichment option for busy working professionals.
