KASEY HILL, TMP, became the executive director of Greater Tucson Leadership in July 2016. Prior to that she served as communications director for Develop Danville — a public-private organization in central Kentucky comprised of the Boyle County Industrial Foundation, Danville-Boyle County Chamber of Commerce, Heart of Danville Main Street Program, Danville-Boyle County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Main Street Perryville, Boyle County Fiscal Court, and three city governments.
Kasey is a Kentucky native, and received recognition as a Kentucky Colonel in 2015. Kentucky Colonel is an honorary commission given by the governor of Kentucky to individuals noted for their public service and their work for the advancement of Kentucky.
She is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Boyle County and a 2017 graduate of Greater Tucson Leadership. She currently serves as Arizona Ambassador for the Association of Leadership Programs and as treasurer of the board of directors for the Public Relations Society of America: Southern Arizona Chapter. She also serves on the Southern Arizona Advisory Council for the Arizona State University Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Casa De La Luz Foundation. In May 2018, she competed in the Tucson Dancing with the Stars fundraiser to benefit the Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona; and serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the 2019 Heart & Stroke Walk to benefit the American Heart Association.
Kasey graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She has since received certification as a Travel Marketing Professional from the Southeast Tourism Society Marketing College in Dahlonega, Ga., and graduated from the Kentucky Institute for Economic Development in 2014.
