Interactions between individuals, groups and organizations are crucial for mission delivery. How can you ensure that your clients, recipients of your program or service, and all stakeholders have the best possible experience with your organization?

This certificate program will explore all aspects of service delivery from start to finish, providing you with tools, techniques, and best practices to optimize these interactions and create positive experiences for all involved.

Format

The courses are offered both in-person and online.

For face-to-face courses, two courses are offered on each of the three program days in order to accelerate the certificate process and accommodate participant's busy schedules.

Each online course runs for two weeks and requires approximately 15-20 hours total.

Cost

The cost of each course is $99, or register for all six courses at once for only $550.

Exceeding Service Expectations

In this course, participants explore the interrelationship between service and its delivery. Participants engage in structured dialogue and collaborative activity focused on examining best practices and strategies to empower staff, exceed service expectations, and enhance the overall experience.

In this course, participants examine the topic of communication and its influence on the recipient. Participants review foundational communication concepts and explore additional topics including, verbal vs. nonverbal communication, communication style, self-awareness, and listening to advance their knowledge and ability to engage in purposeful communication.

In this course, participants develop strategies to overcome internal and external conflict. Course topics examine the nature of conflict, including the influence of personality types, management styles, and communication best practices to establish a foundational basis for generating effective conflict resolution strategies.
