Chad Wolver is a Vice President with Bank of America’s Global Banking & Markets division. In his position, he works with business owners and management teams of mid-sized companies (approximately $10-$75 million in annual revenue) to optimize cash flow, advise on capital structuring, and mitigate operational and financial risks. He specializes in working with nonprofit organizations. He previously worked for several regional commercial banks in the Phoenix area.
Prior to his career in corporate banking, Chad worked in the development arm of several international organizations in South Africa, including the U.S. Peace Corps. He graduated from ASU in 2010 with a B.A. in Communication and Minor in Statistics and completed his Executive M.B.A. at UArizona in 2019.
Shortly after graduating from University of Arizona, Chad founded a financial data visualization startup called Azul Analysis.
He serves on ONE Community’s Millennial Advisory Board, Phoenix Community Alliance’s Social & Housing Advancement Committee and Multi-Modal Connectivity Committee, and Arizona Community Foundation’s Kellenberger + Tollefson Center for LGBTQ Philanthropy Leadership Council. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS in downtown Phoenix and on the Steering Committee for the Human Rights Campaign in Arizona. A native to Phoenix, Chad lives downtown with his partner, Marco, and his two exhausting Italian Greyhounds, Luna and Leo.
