ASU Lodestar Center unveils new Nonprofit Job Board, offering improved job listings and search tools

December 14, 2020 (Phoenix, Ariz.) -- Today, the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation is proud to announce significant improvements to its Nonprofit Job Board, the region's largest. These improvements are designed to make the Job Board easier to use, and to attract even more quality nonprofit job applicants and hiring organizations than ever before.

Among the highlights of Phase One of this work, the Job Board now includes:

  • A revamped homepage with new search options and categories to help job seekers find the best opportunities for them
  • A Search page with filters for categories, nonprofit type, location, full-time or part-time, and experience level, making it easier for job seekers to find positions
  • New Job Details pages with an easier-to-read layout and new, additional information on experience level, salary or wage range, and full- or part-time status
  • A whole new information architecture that is more “search-friendly” to create even more traffic for listings

What’s more, Phase Two development is already underway as well, with new features coming in 2021.

The ASU Lodestar Center welcomes your feedback as the improvements are rolled out. Pricing for employers has changed to reflect the improved service and keep us competitive with the market. With the new pricing, annual subscribers will receive 12 months of access for the price of 11. The Center's nonprofit job board remains the only board in the region to offer unlimited postings with an active subscription and will continue to deliver the largest and best nonprofit job marketplace in Arizona.
