Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report
Now open for data collection: 2024 Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Survey for Maricopa and Pima counties
We invite nonprofit organizations in Maricopa and Pima counties to participate in the 2024 Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Survey, which provides essential data for decision-makers in the nonprofit community.
Compiled every two years, the report provides valuable compensation data, as well as findings on employee retirement, insurance, paid time off, remote work, retention bonuses and other benefits. The insights help nonprofits make informed decisions by providing information on salaries and benefits across 50+ position titles, organized by budget size and organization type (human services, education, arts, etc.). We also collect data on remote work, flexible schedules, retention and referral bonuses, and more.
All qualifying nonprofits that complete the survey will receive one complimentary user license for digital access to the final report, tremendous value for a vital report that normally costs $399. An additional license and printing capabilities can be purchased by participating organizations for $49.
The survey deadline is May 17, 2024.
Only one survey submission from each organization will be accepted. The report's data are presented anonymously, in aggregate. Individual responses from participating organizations are always confidential and never shared.
Do you qualify?
The 2024 Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Survey focuses only on Arizona nonprofit organizations that are based in Maricopa County or Pima County, hold IRS-defined 501(c)(3) status, employ at least one full-time paid staff member and are NOT hospitals, private grantmaking foundations, or higher education institutions.
