2010 Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Report

The ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Innovation has recently completed the 2010 Nonprofit Compensation & Benefits Report, which is now available for purchase. This study, compiled every three years, helps nonprofits to make informed decisions by providing information on salaries and benefits for dozens of position titles, organized by budget size and organization type (arts, education, etc.).
Nonprofit organizations are required to meet the following conditions in order to participate:
- Must be a public benefit nonprofit, like those described by section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- Must have at least one full-time, paid employee.
- Must be headquartered in Maricopa or Pima county.
- Must NOT be a hospital, private grantmaking foundation, or institution of higher education.
All nonprofits that complete the survey receive a complimentary copy of the report.
